James C. Hailey & Company was organized in July, 1985, following a division of HLS, Inc.,
into two separate companies.

We are a full service Civil Engineering firm providing personalized engineering services
for all of our clients including both government and private sector clients.

We specialize in the practice of sanitary engineering, primarily water works, sewerage works,
and industrial waste works as well as highway and bridge design. We have also designed
commercial and industrial buildings, institutional facilities, apartments and other types of
specialized facilities. All of our projects have been in Tennessee and have ranged in size
from a few thousand dollars to over ten million dollars.
